Attractive performance-based bonus **Position: Branch Manager** *"Universidad Branch"* **Business Type:** Automotive wholesale import and distribution **Location:** Coyoacán, CDMX **Gross Salary:** $15,000 monthly **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Branch Manager** with commercial vision and leadership capabilities to drive business growth through marketing strategies, effective sales closing, and comprehensive team and operational management. **Position Objective** To coordinate and execute the **branch’s commercial operations**, ensuring achievement of sales targets, development of distribution channels, and efficient operation of the distribution center and warehouse. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate commercial operations with distribution channels and sales force. * Ensure achievement of sales targets by distributor and branch. * Conduct periodic visits to identify market opportunities, competitive insights, and commercial performance gaps. * Guarantee proper administrative operation of the DC (Distribution Center): inventory management, expense control, and overall operations. * Implement guidelines and agreements established by General Management and Commercial Management. * Plan and monitor inventory levels and product turnover. * Coordinate growth plans with service and parts departments. * Supervise facility conditions and propose operational improvements. **Requirements** * Age: 25 years or older * Minimum **3 years** of experience in: commercial and marketing strategies * Experience in sales closing and negotiation * Team management and development * English (desirable) * Willingness to travel **Key Skills** * Systems thinking * Results orientation * Effective negotiation * Transparency and accountability * Teamwork **We Offer** * Job stability * Attractive performance-based bonus * Opportunity for professional development * Collaborative environment with a results-oriented focus **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel or send your updated CV to htorres@thinnovacion.com and join a team focused on growth and operational excellence.
