Perform sample collections and special tests after training. Serve patients and users requesting information about laboratory services promptly and courteously. When necessary, assist in other laboratory areas as directed by the branch manager. Prepare service orders for patients. Provide quotes for tests. Deliver results according to established procedures. Bill and collect payment for all laboratory services. Receive and organize documentation supporting services provided to corporate patients. Issue invoices upon customer request.
