Our operations are growing, and so is our team! **DESCRIPTION** As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for solving and resolving technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and promoting customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and work from our location in Guadalajara, Jalisco. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by delivering exceptional technical support and service. **SHIFTS** Employees will work mixed shifts (8\-12 hour shifts). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** · Solve and resolve technical problems for customers. · Provide technical support for our automation solutions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution implementation. · Lead training sessions for customers and field service technicians. · Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, offering suggestions for improvements. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. · Perform maintenance and troubleshoot all electro\-mechanical aspects such as conveyor systems and/or sorting systems. · Follow work plans, procedures, and manuals for efficient service. · Diagnose and interpret PLC programs in ladder logic. · Follow safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, etc.), use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure a safe working environment. · Comply with company standards, operating procedures, and safety regulations. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** · \>3 years of experience in a similar role. · Relevant education in Material Handling Equipment, including conveyors, sorting systems, and mechanical maintenance / installation / maintenance. · Technical knowledge of Industrial Automation technologies. · Hands-on experience with PLC systems.
