The PUMA Group owns the brand PUMA, Cobra Golf and stichd, and is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany. **Job Mission:** Supervise that excellent customer service is consistently provided within the store according to PUMA's brand values **Job Responsibilities:****RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute daily product displays according to guidelines, across all existing formats (FPS and FOC stores). * Maintain product presentation by carrying out restocking processes on the sales floor in accordance with PUMA's defined guidelines. * Maintain the physical condition, organization, and cleanliness of the store according to relevant directives, and promptly report maintenance needs to the store manager. * Ensure the store layout remains in compliance with campaign-specific specifications. * Support all visual aspects related to the opening of new stores. * Carry out point-of-sale actions aimed at increasing profitability related to in-store product presentation, coordinated in advance with direct supervisors and the retail visual merchandising leader. * Daily verification of compliance with PUMA policies and procedures related to product display, store layout, campaign implementation, or other related matters, contributing to loss prevention in the store. * Zone reconfiguration due to commercial activities. * Comply with and enforce all policies and procedures related to overall store operations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar visual merchandising roles within retail. * Ability to deliver high standards of customer service, ability to read sales reports and KPIs, collaborative relationship skills, problem-solving orientation, prioritization skills, and transparent communication skills. * Proficient in PC usage, knowledge of MS\-Office and design software.
