We are looking for Talent! **Position:** **Operations Manager – Panadería El Rollo** **Location:** Milpa Alta, CDMX Panadería El Rollo, a company with over 25 years of experience in the production and distribution of white bread and sweet bread for wholesale, is seeking an Operations Manager with proven experience in production control, administration, and personnel management. Previous experience in bakeries or food industries will be highly valued. **Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate daily operations of production, distribution, and sales. 2. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3. Prepare production orders and monitor delivery routes and orders. 4. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative control. 5. Supervise production staff, salespeople, and packers. 6. Record orders, collect payments, and manage accounts receivable. **Requirements:** * Completed high school, technical degree, or partial bachelor’s degree in business or administrative fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; experience with sales software is desirable. * Leadership, decision-making, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $12,000 per month for the first 3 months. * Salary after negotiation and statutory benefits. * Respectful, competitive, and results-oriented work environment. * Direct hiring by the company.
