We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical **Commercial Manager** to lead the sales strategy and ensure sustainable growth of our pharmacies. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze historical sales, seasonality, and consumption trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Define clear and measurable goals (daily, weekly, and monthly) for the counter team. * Monitor key KPIs: average ticket, profit margin percentage, and inventory turnover. * Design and deliver training programs in consultative and cross-selling techniques. * Provide individualized coaching to improve staff performance. * Supervise product merchandising and display. * Propose and implement effective promotions and sales campaigns. * Maintain high customer service standards. * Store layout and planogram management. * Competitor analysis focused on pricing and promotions. **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and sales data analysis. * Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. * Excellent soft skills: communication, proactivity, emotional intelligence, and results orientation. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
