A company dedicated to the production and distribution of white bread and sweet bread is seeking an **Operations Manager** to work at its CEDIS in **Milpa Alta**. **Job Objective:** Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the company’s daily activities by comprehensively coordinating production, distribution, and sales processes. Guarantee compliance with product quality standards, optimize available resources, and supervise involved personnel to maintain precise production control, reduce losses and waste, and keep overdue accounts receivable at minimal levels. **Responsibilities:** 1. Coordinate daily production, distribution, and sales operations. 2. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3. Prepare production orders and track delivery routes and customer orders. 4. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative controls. 5. Supervise production teams, sales staff, and packaging personnel. 6. Record orders, collect payments, and reconcile accounts receivable. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree in economics or business administration. * Experience in similar roles (production control, administration, and personnel management). * Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with sales software is desirable. * Leadership, decision-making ability, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 MXN per month** for the first three months. * Salary increase (negotiable after three months). * Statutory benefits. * Respectful work environment. * Direct employment contract with the company.
