**Regional Operations Manager – International Fast Food Franchise** An international fast food franchise with over 30 years of operation in Mexico and a global presence is seeking a **Regional Operations Manager** to supervise 8 branches located in Mexico City and the Toluca Valley. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the daily operations of 8 branches, ensuring compliance with international standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. * Lead, train, and coach unit managers to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets. * Monitor key performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. * Support branch operations as needed. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Essential Requirements: * **Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience** in a similar role within the **fast food industry** (mandatory). **Important**: Please apply **only if you meet the minimum required experience in the fast food industry**. Candidates without experience in this sector will not be considered viable candidates. * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administration, business, gastronomy, or related fields. * Preferred age: 28–40 years. * Experience leading teams of managers and supervising multiple branches. * Excellent leadership, discipline, and communication skills. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (or Sunday off, if operations permit). * Residence in **Mexico City (CDMX) or State of Mexico (Metropolitan Zone of the Toluca Valley)** and full availability to travel between branches. Attendance at the company offices in Metepec, State of Mexico, is required once per week.
