The Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the wholesale team by ensuring smooth operational processes, accurate order management, and strong communication between our internal departments. This role is responsible for coordinating day\-to\-day sales operations, and providing administrative and analytical support to help drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities Process, track, and manage wholesale orders from entry through fulfillment for multiple accounts, partnering with wholesale, logistics, and planning teams** Monitor inventory levels and deliveries and collaborate with planning and logistics teams to ensure product availability and on time shipments **Review and maintain order records for accuracy in all product data including ship dates, etc. to ensure account compliance** Support wholesale team with ad hoc data analysis **Requirements** **2–3 years of experience in wholesale sales operations, customer service, or order management, preferably in a product\-based industry (e.g., apparel, beauty, CPG,)** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) **Detail\-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment Excellent** verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, Problem**\-solving mindset with innate curiosity to trouble shoot challenges that arise** **Strong logical thinking is required \& attention to details** **Compensation: $1,400 us monthly** **Resume must be sent in English** **English proficient** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $26,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Treating with vendors: 2 years (Required) * Fulfillment center inventory: 2 years (Required) * Submitting orders and tracking: 2 years (Required) * Wholesale Sales: 3 years (Required) Language: * English proficient \- 85% (Required) Work Location: Remote
