This role is key to ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers, from motorcycle drop-off and pickup to efficient parts department management. **Responsibilities:** * Receive customer motorcycles, documenting their condition and service requirements. * Coordinate motorcycle deliveries, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. * Manage spare parts inventory: control, ordering, and tracking with suppliers. * Collaborate with the workshop team to optimize repair timelines and processes. * Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding their service status. * Adhere to brand standards and internal protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive or motorcycle service, or spare parts control. * Basic mechanical knowledge (preferably in motorcycles). * Experience managing inventory and order tracking. * Excellent customer service skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving. * Organized, punctual, and committed. * Preference given to candidates with an interest or affinity for motorcycles. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + statutory benefits. * Performance-based bonuses. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Ongoing training. **Job Type:** Full-time.
