




Grupo Sanchez is looking to bring you on board our team as a **Separation Coordinator**, responsible for leading and executing employee exit processes in a humane, structured, and policy-aligned manner. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in labor relations processes (terminations) — **Mandatory**. * Up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate employee separation processes (voluntary and involuntary). * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout each process. * Coordinate documentation, delivery of final settlement payments (finiquitos), and related administrative procedures. * Maintain updated records and generate separation reports. **We offer:** Base salary + Biweekly payments + Statutory benefits + Savings fund Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
