




**Operations Coordinator** **ALFAMAQ SA DE CV** is a Mexican company dedicated for over 36 years to the sale, maintenance, and supply of packaging equipment and industrial printers for coding. **What requirements do you need?** * Gender: Indistinct * Age: 30 to 45 years old * Experience in similar positions * Education: Bachelor's degree in administrative fields preferred * Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel coordination **What activities would you perform?** * Coordinate the company's main administrative, inventory, and operational processes. * Create, update, and supervise the daily operational schedule. * Monitor goal compliance and report progress and incidents. * Assign tasks, follow up, and evaluate results of supervised personnel. * Customer service, problem resolution, and delivery. * Problem analysis and decision-making. **What knowledge and skills are required?** * Operational planning and activity control. * Organization, planning, and time management. * Advanced Excel usage, data analysis, pivot tables, as well as extensive knowledge of ERP, WMS, CRM, and administrative systems. * Administrative processes and control of purchases, inventory, sales, and imports. * Invoicing, dispatching, use of courier portals. * Performance indicator reporting (KPI). * Excellent presentation, organized, formal, and disciplined. * Frustration tolerance, accustomed to working under objectives. **What do we offer?** * 100% payroll salary * Productivity bonus upon completion of probation period (Quarterly Bonus) * Statutory benefits * Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Saturdays and Sundays off) * Paid training * Availability to travel to CDMX for in-person training.
