**Job Purpose:** Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, manage Engineering Order (EO) changes, and coordinate customs inventory discharge processes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Accuracy \& Control** * Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. * Monitor stock movements and update ERP/WMS systems accurately. * Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly. * **Engineering Order (EO) Change Management** * Coordinate inventory adjustments related to EO changes. * Communicate with production and planning teams to ensure smooth implementation. * Maintain documentation for EO\-related inventory transactions. * **Customs Inventory Discharge** * Prepare and process customs documentation for inventory discharge. * Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and company policies. * Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for timely clearance. * **Reporting \& Analysis** * Generate inventory accuracy reports and KPIs. * Support audits and provide required documentation. * Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred). * 2\+ years' experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. * Knowledge of EO change processes and customs compliance. * Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work cross\-functionally and meet deadlines. * Intermediate English level.
