Age: 25 to 45 years old Salary: MXN $18,000 to $20,000 Specific knowledge: * Maintenance of welding / polishing / cutting / machining equipment. * Personnel management in workshops. Functions and responsibilities: * Manage human and material resources within the department. * Supervise maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and machinery. * Develop and ensure implementation of the annual maintenance plan. * Execute the preventive maintenance plan. * Inspect facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure safe working conditions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities. * Ensure availability of necessary tools and supplies for maintenance tasks. * Maintain inventory control of spare parts for equipment, tools, and machinery. * Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * Contribute to fostering a safe working environment.
