**Head of Human Resources** ***Requirements:*** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Relations. * Personnel management experience. * Leadership skills. * **Experience and implementation in Organizational Development**. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Technical knowledge of: the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and REPSE STPS regulations. ***Experience:*** * Five years in a supervisory role: recruitment processes, onboarding programs for new hires, workplace climate initiatives, and organizational development. * Human capital management. * Cost and budget management within the Human Resources department. * Updating the onboarding program and turnover reduction initiatives. * Implementation and management of NOM-035. * Monitoring and updating staffing plans: actual headcount / authorized headcount. * Management of employee promotions and career advancements. * Onboarding and career development plans. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of MXN $24,000. Biweekly payments: 14th and 29th of each month.
