




**CHEVROLET** is seeking a **BDC COORDINATOR** **Contribute to the Dealer's profitability** by **generating, fulfilling, and professionally following up on appointments made within this Department (BDC)**, through supervision of **Customer Service operations for Sales and Pre-Owned vehicles.** **Requirements:** * Education: **Completed degree** * **Proven experience of 2 years in the automotive industry**. * Proficiency with **SICOP** * Proficiency with Office suite software. * **Leadership skills** * Must reside near the Southwest Zone (Álvaro Obregón, Tlalpan, Coyoacán or Xochimilco) **Responsibilities:** * **Management of Call Center teams** * **Use of SICOP** * **Handling and analysis of databases** * Generate **closing reports**, identify opportunities, and establish **prospecting strategies through data analysis and assignment of databases to Advisors** * Ensure staff under supervision properly execute **BDC department processes** * Professionally follow up on **appointment control** using systems **(DMS and CRM)** * Ensure **daily activities of Advisors are completed as required.** **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary** * **Monthly commissions** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 hrs and Saturday 09:00 to 14:00 hrs.
