Job Summary: Hi Tec Medical is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Medical Supply Specialist) to support the management and organization of medical materials and equipment in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, and organization. 2. Generate product reports, inventory reports, and dead file control reports. 3. Assist in order picking and maintaining warehouse order. Hi Tec Medical seeks your talent as: **Warehouse Assistant (Medical Supply Specialist)** Requirements: * Education: Junior high school, high school, and/or technical degree * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar positions * Availability: Immediate * Residence: South of Mexico City * Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency **Responsibilities:** * Report incoming and outgoing products; report expired products; manage dead file control; operate forklifts at entry level; operate pallet jacks at intermediate level; perform inventory tasks at your level. * Receive suppliers; load and unload goods; maintain an organized warehouse for inventory purposes; record goods receipts and shipments with proper labeling; work collaboratively in teams. * Pick orders; report stock levels; conduct physical inventory control; clean the work area; arrange materials on racks or in logistics staging areas. * Primary responsibility is to support warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, and organizing received materials and equipment, ensuring timely dispatch. * Manage inventory using FIFO (First Expired, First Out); operate forklifts; accurately enter data, pick, and arrange items; maintain warehouse cleanliness. * Keep your work area clean and organized. **Work Location:** Dr. Manuel Gea González General Hospital, located at Calz. de Tlalpan 4800, Belisario Domínguez Secc. 16, Tlalpan, 14080 Ciudad de México, CDMX **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Morning and/or evening shift (7:00–16:00 hrs.)
