Receive training in event decoration and enjoy job stability. **MAAT SISTEMAS DE CONFIANZA is seeking Multifunctional Event Staff in Tlalpan, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAAT SISTEMAS DE CONFIANZA is seeking Operational Event Staff for loading and unloading in Tlalpan, Mexico City ### **Operational Event Staff (loading and unloading)** Work Area:**Coapa / Xochimilco, CDMX** An event decoration company is seeking dynamic, responsible talent with an excellent attitude to join its operational team. ### **What will you do daily?** * Transport furniture and materials to events (operating Sprinter, Yukon, and 3.5-ton trucks). * Physical work: This position requires the ability to lift/move furniture (candy tables, stage sets, decorations). * Setup and teardown: Personally configure furniture, partitions, tables. * **Assist in event decoration and provide basic on-site support during events.** * **Perform basic furniture maintenance** (repairing, painting, assembling, or adjusting parts as needed). * Inventory management: Track equipment, furniture, and event materials. ### **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Experience driving Sprinter-type vans or 3.5-ton trucks. * Willingness to travel. * Minimum education: Completed high school. * **Basic carpentry knowledge preferred** (painting, assembly, furniture repair). * Good physical condition (operational work and material handling). * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends). * Reside near Coapa / Xochimilco or have no transportation issues. * Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn. ### **We Offer:** * Salary:**$12,000 net monthly** * Monthly bonus:**$2,000** * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Training in event decoration** * Job stability. ### **Schedule:** * Weekly workload of**48 hours** * Variable shifts according to event schedules. * **Rotating days off (not fixed).** **Desired Education Level:** Basic **Desired Experience Level:** Intermediate **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Events and Promotion **Skills:** * Customer service * Responsibility *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a06674136000036008e4be4\&source\=indeed*
