The Universidad del Valle de México Coyoacán campus is seeking talent for the High School area as a Prefect with experience in the following activities: Conduct periodic daily rounds in assigned areas to supervise faculty attendance and the behavior of the UVM Community, ensuring compliance with established internal regulations, as well as reporting any anomalies found. Guarantee the timely opening and closing of classrooms according to the scheduled times for each subject, safeguarding the keys. Monitor the complete delivery of classes at the designated location and time. Oversee scenario changes, class advances, and rescheduling upon request, verifying compliance with 90% student attendance. Verify, validate, and report class schedule changes, teacher absences, early departures, or unauthorized replacements. Advise the UVM Community on the proper use of materials and furniture located inside and outside academic spaces, reporting through established controls any detected irregularities. Assist in conducting inventories of fixed assets located in academic spaces to ensure they are in good condition and match records reported by the Warehouse department. Collaborate with the Campus Security and Maintenance departments in carrying out actions and/or follow-up on events held on campus to ensure the safety of the UVM Community and protect institutional assets. Assist faculty in case of contingencies during class (cables, projector, or infrastructure issues). Ensure the correct completion of logs for centers, workshops, and laboratories.
