A company specialized in trust-building processes and personnel evaluation is currently seeking talent to join as: **Polygraph Assessment Specialist** ============================= Work location: Coyoacán, CDMX, ZIP Code 04470 On-site mode Availability from Monday to Saturday Rotating shifts according to operational needs **What will you do in this position?** -------------------------------- * Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and specific polygraph assessments. * Carry out specialized interviews and interrogations. * Analyze results and prepare detailed reports. * Ensure compliance with confidentiality and professional ethics protocols. * Follow up on assessment processes and validation of information. * Availability to support assessments outside CDMX when required. **Essential Requirements** ----------------------------- * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related field. * Certification as a polygraph examiner. * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years conducting polygraph assessments. * Excellent advanced-level interview and interrogation skills. * Strong analytical, observational, and report-writing abilities. * High level of confidentiality awareness, ethics, and professionalism. * Willingness to travel to other states when operationally required. * Active tax status and ability to issue service invoices. **We Offer** ------------- * Fee-based compensation: $12,000 Net Monthly \+ commissions * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
