A prominent company in the production sector is seeking: Shipping Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Conduct physical inventory of the Finished Goods Warehouse together with the Shipping Assistant, verifying actual stock on hand against system records to identify discrepancies and maintain inventory control, preventing losses or discrepancies during order shipments. Keep the shipping area's board updated by recording information on units already loaded versus units pending loading, maintaining a control record to track how many units were processed at the end of each shift in the plant. Inspect the distribution and placement of finished products received from customs brokers, ensuring they are stored in the designated warehouse area to keep inventory accurate and prevent discrepancies. Coordinate and authorize the entry of transport vehicles, ensuring proper arrangement in the maneuvering yard to have the necessary units available for daily shipments within the plant. Receive returns of orders rejected by customers, counting the returned materials and sharing this information with the Quality Control department for evaluation.
