




**Chemist:** For the Food Microbiology / Laboratory area Education: Technician, Chemist with incomplete degree from semester 7 onwards, completed degree or intern. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of Culture Media Preparation of sampling materials (swabs, sponges, agars or broths in petri dishes) Sterilization of Materials Inventory of culture media in cold rooms Filling out logs Washing of materials **Desired Knowledge:** Good Laboratory Practices Basic knowledge of NMX EC 17025 IMNC 2018 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Position Type:** Full-time, Indefinite duration.
