In our company, we value employee talent and dedication, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Position Objective** Provide timely and professional support to customers and distributors by managing warranty requests, assessing eligibility, coordinating replacements, and ensuring an efficient service experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and follow up on warranty requests. * Validate evidence (photos, videos, invoices, batch numbers). * Determine eligibility according to current policies. * Coordinate with internal departments (quality, production, logistics). * Arrange repairs, replacements, or substitutions. * Maintain constant communication with sales team and customers. * Generate reports and identify trends to prevent recurring issues. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's in Administration, Engineering, Quality, or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in warranties, customer service, after-sales, or incident analysis. * Proficiency with ERP systems (SAI, SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Attention to detail and strong communication abilities. **Desirable Knowledge** * Quality control processes. * Technical evidence review. * Warranty case management and documentation. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary from $15,000 to $18,000 gross, negotiable. * Statutory and additional benefits * 8% savings fund * Life insurance * Profit sharing * Permanent position opportunity **Additional Benefits:** * Birthday off * Birthday incentive $500 * Financial support for newborn children $3,000 * Marriage leave (5 days) * Financial support for school supplies $600 per child * Referral bonus (first month $1,000 and third month $1,500) * Annual grocery allowance
