




**Position:** Business Administrative Assistant **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico **Company Description:** Colossal Academy Kids is a growing bilingual daycare and preschool. We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to support administrative and operational tasks. This role will be key to maintaining order in daily activities, communication with management, staff, parents and suppliers, documentation, and general support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Calendar, appointment, meeting, and internal/external coordination management. * Telephone and email correspondence: answering calls, tracking requests, and assisting parents or suppliers. * Handling correspondence, documents, and files (physical and digital). * Preparing reports, minutes, presentations, and other reports as required. * Coordinating office purchases/supplies and inventory control, if applicable. * Providing logistical support for meetings, field trips, events, and coordinating with suppliers or external service providers. * Serving as a communication liaison among different school departments (Management, Coordination, Teaching Staff, and Operations). **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Administration, Business, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, basic office/business management tools, and knowledge of AI. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, and professional telephone and in-person interaction. * Organizational ability, responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Prior experience in administrative roles, customer/supplier service, or office environments is desirable. **We Offer / Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
