




Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Officer to ensure timely and efficient supply, optimizing costs, guaranteeing quality, and managing risks across the supply chain. Negotiate terms with suppliers and analyze market trends. We are currently seeking a **Procurement Officer.** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience: 7 years as a Procurement Manager, including 3 years in metal-mechanical companies. **Objective:** Ensure timely and efficient supply of inputs and services required for operations; optimize costs, ensure maximum quality, develop suppliers, and manage supply chain risks. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute procurement strategies to secure supply of critical materials. * Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to ensure material flow and prevent shortages. * Supervise inbound logistics and fulfillment of purchase orders. * Maintain historical pricing records for raw materials, components, and equipment. * Implement, maintain, and improve procurement department procedures. * Develop indicators and KPIs for the department and team members under supervision. * Support internal and external audits of the Integrated Management System and ASME standards. * Lead and supervise the procurement team across headquarters, plant, and site locations. * Negotiate price, quality, volume, and delivery terms with domestic and international suppliers. * Analyze metal-mechanical market trends to anticipate price changes and secure optimal contracts. * Develop and evaluate suppliers, selecting those meeting required quality and capacity standards. **Competencies:** Negotiation skills, resource management, integrity. **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of materials, ISO 9001, 14001, and 37001 standards, basic ASME standards, fundamentals of international trade, market trend analysis.
