Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Export Analyst** **Your Role at Vantive** Responsible for ensuring the flow of finished products and/or raw materials, spare parts, medical equipment, machinery, and samples through different transportation modes (air, land, sea, or intermodal), as well as guaranteeing the required information at customs checkpoints where products cross. **What You Will Do:** * Coordinate weekly with planning and production teams on the export schedule. * Generate loading plans and share them with the warehouse to ensure compliance. * Calculate cargo volume from units reported in the export plan to determine container quantities. * Assign and review bookings with freight agents or authorized shipping lines. * Request spot quotations outside established global agreements or when market or business conditions require them. * Release units and batches for export in the JDE system from various warehouses. * Process invoicing in the JDE system and transmit to the electronic invoicing system, generate packing list. * Prepare export documents, including letters of responsibility, certificates of origin, and other documents required by customs authorities and customers. * Communicate with carriers and warehouse to ensure adherence to loading schedules. * Communicate with customers to coordinate container positioning dates for shipments under EXW or FOB incoterms. **What You Will Bring:** * Bachelor's degree in International Relations / International Trade / Specialization in Foreign Trade and Customs / Bachelor's in Customs Administration * Minimum of 1 to 2 years in similar roles or professional internships involving similar functions/activities * Experience using information technology tools. * Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis * English **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
