We are looking for a **Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager** to support the technical, administrative, and operational management of large-scale construction projects. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the planning, monitoring, and control of construction projects. * Coordinate deliverables, schedules, and construction progress. * Track budgets, contracts, and cost estimates. * Collaborate with technical, financial, and field teams. * Prepare progress reports for management. * Participate in follow-up meetings and project milestone reviews. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree and professional license required). * **Diploma, course, or certification in Project Management or Project Leadership (PMI, Scrum, or others).** * 2 to 4 years of experience in coordination or management of infrastructure or construction projects. * Basic knowledge of budgets, estimates, and construction control. * Intermediate level in Excel and MS Project or similar tools. * Availability for both field and office work (CDMX). ### **We Offer:** * Salary up to $25,000 - $28,000 net monthly (depending on experience). * Grocery vouchers * 20 days of Christmas bonus * 40% vacation premium * Availability from Monday to Saturday
