




Job Description: We are looking for a high-performing professional with **strategic vision in sales** to join our team. This position is key to the organization's growth, focusing on the **generation and consolidation of new commercial accounts**. **Key Responsibilities of the Position** The selected candidate will be responsible for executing commercial strategies and managing the comprehensive customer relationship: * **Prospecting and Qualification:** Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential customers through various channels, with the purpose of expanding the company's active client portfolio. * **Sales Cycle Management:** Lead initial contact with prospects, carry out detailed information gathering, and develop **value-driven commercial proposals**. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Serve as an efficient liaison between the client and the design team to ensure the correct and timely delivery and approval of critical documentation (files, samples, and mechanical drawings). **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** **Essential** to have prior and demonstrable experience in the sales field. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree level (in progress or incomplete) or equivalent (desirable). * **Professional Skills:** Strong **orientation toward goal achievement**, proactive initiative, and **excellent communication and negotiation skills**. * **Mobility Requirements:** * **Valid driver's license (Mandatory requirement).** * Availability of personal vehicle (Desirable).
