




**Join Importadora y Distribuidora Bajaj!** *Viveros Coyoacán, CDMX.* We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to support invoicing and the preparation of statistical reports. **Functions** ***Invoicing*** * Receive invoice orders and issue invoices in the system according to procedures and policies. * Verify payments with accounting * Confirm with the imports department the correct system entry of goods * Provide invoicing assistance on Saturdays when required. ***Reports and statistics*** * Prepare sales reports and statistics for Management / General Management * Coordinate the submission of branch information for statistical compilation * Monitor inventory levels **Customer service** * Answer switchboard calls and route them to the responsible departments * Record customer calls * Respond and follow up on social media * Make customer satisfaction calls **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical commerce degree, incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in customer service and invoicing. * Organized, analytical profile with high confidentiality. **We offer** * Gross monthly salary $12,500 * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payments * Good working environment **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 per month Education: * Completed higher technician (Desirable) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) * Switchboard operation: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
