




**Job Description** At GPEX, we are seeking a **Land Operations & Pricing Coordinator** to ensure smooth execution of FTL/LTL services and development of competitive rates for domestic lanes and the Mexico–USA corridor. This role combines daily operations with cost analysis, carrier negotiations, and commercial support to respond to quotations quickly and accurately. We need someone with operational, numerical, and commercial vision—capable of coordinating movements, controlling costs, assessing capacity, and proposing profitable rates that maintain genuine market competitiveness. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and track land shipments (domestic & cross-border) * Negotiate spot rates with carriers and ensure equipment availability * Prepare quotations based on operational costs, capacity, and market conditions * Maintain updated rate sheets by lane, cargo type, and FTL/LTL modality * Analyze margins, fuel surcharges, and cost/benefit per provider * Support the commercial team with urgent requests and recurring projects * Monitor vehicle status, border crossing times, delays, and carrier performance * Evaluate providers based on cost, service quality, compliance, and response time * Report KPIs: cost per km, fill rate, OTIF, pricing response time, and lane profitability * Identify opportunities for operational optimization and cost savings **Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in land logistics, operations, or pricing (cross-border experience preferred) * Knowledge of carrier management, tracking, costing, and FTL/LTL rate structures * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel/Sheets skills (margins, pivot tables, comparative analysis) * Conversational English for communication with U.S. carriers and brokers * Organized, analytical profile with strong time orientation and problem-solving ability Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
