Our products—present across a wide range of domains—contribute to enhancing the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** As part of Bosch’s Security Integrated Solutions team, we are seeking a **Maintenance and Customer Service Engineer** with strong technical orientation and the ability to maintain critical electronic security infrastructure operating efficiently and securely. This person will be responsible for delivering specialized technical support, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance across various facilities in Mexico, administering security systems, and ensuring compliance with operational and network standards at all our sites. * Provide second-level technical support for electronic security systems (CCTV, intrusion, access control, fire alarm, and public address). * Coordinate, supervise, and document on-site preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Administer technology infrastructure: servers, software, backups, UPS systems, switches, storage. * Perform configuration, updates, and monitoring of Bosch systems. * Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, or hardware/software failure issues. * Conduct on-site technical audits to validate installation and operational standards. * Maintain up-to-date technical inventory; manage RMAs, warranties, and SMAs. * Support the implementation team during the technical commissioning of new projects. * Meet service-level agreement (SLA) requirements stipulated in contracts and document evidence accordingly. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or administration of electronic security systems. * Proficiency in administration and configuration of security systems including: + **BVMS**, **AMS**, **BIS**, **PRAESENSA**, **FPA**, **Unifi Protect** * Solid networking knowledge: + VLANs, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, managed switches, PoE, network diagnostics. * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) and Windows Server administration. * Ability to work on-site and under pressure, with attention to detail and documentation. * Preferred: Bosch certifications, CCNA, CompTIA Network\+, ITIL Foundation. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
