This person will be responsible for guiding the development team, defining technical standards, and ensuring quality in every delivery. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development team technically and strategically. * Design and define robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures. * Actively participate in software development (hands-on). * Establish best practices for programming, testing, and code review. * Ensure technical quality through code reviews and clear guidelines. * Collaborate with product, business, and stakeholder teams to define solutions. * Manage technical priorities and support sprint planning. * Identify technical risks and propose timely solutions. * Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies when they add value. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in backend and/or frontend development (depending on required stack). * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices. * Effective communication skills and experience leading technical teams. * Ability to make technical decisions aligned with business objectives. **Desirable** * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures. * Experience in high-availability environments and distributed systems.
