Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of Employee** Trust-based **Job Objective** Ensure warehouse delivery fulfillment through material planning strategies. **Responsibilities and Activities** Contribute to the organization of work in operational areas by generating work schedules for merchandise movement across the logistics network, enabling timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements while adhering to work plans. Verify that work schedules are properly closed. Propose and implement solutions to problems identified during work scheduling that hinder schedule generation. Maintain up-to-date information in the internal system so that generated proposals are optimal when developing a work plan. Analyze and calculate inventory levels (maximum stock and reorder point) for each center based on historical sales data or demand forecasts issued by demand management. Send the Excel file containing the determined data to the materials master for loading into the internal system and verify that the data are correctly updated. Calculate replenishment levels between warehouses within the same center (including external warehouses or those located on the same premises), based on pallet consumption, respecting materials planned for storage in reserve warehouses. Experience 6 months to 2 years in similar positions. Continuous improvement (Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Ishikawa, etc.). Demand planning. Pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry.
