




Job Description: **We are looking for our next Automotive Service Advisor** **Position Objective** Provide personalized attention and follow-up to customers during the vehicle repair process, ensuring quality service and an efficient, professional customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and advise customers when their vehicle enters the workshop. * Create and update the daily service log. * Conduct accurate inventories (written and photographic) of the vehicle. * Maintain constant communication with the customer throughout the repair process. * Validate estimates and progress with the technical department. * Deliver the vehicle to the customer and ensure satisfaction with the service. * Participate in post-sale follow-up and address inquiries or complaints. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic **Excel** usage (daily log). * Basic knowledge of the chronos method. * Basic knowledge of **multi-brand automotive parts**. * Analysis and evaluation of technical processes. * Selling additional labor services. **Soft Skills** * Empathy and customer orientation. * Assertive communication and active listening. * Attention to detail and strong observation skills. * Negotiation ability. * Sales skills. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: **$9,500 monthly**. * **Commissions:** generated from labor services. * Statutory benefits. * Work location: Coyoacán. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
