Ability to ride a motorcycle One year as an insurance agent or car salesperson, billing, customer service, basic mechanical knowledge We Offer: Base salary $8,300 net (paid biweekly) Commissions (FIRST 2 MONTHS GUARANTEED BONUS OF $4,000\) $400 Grocery Vouchers (STARTING FROM THE 3RD MONTH). Statutory benefits Monthly performance commissions \+ % for new clients \+ % for collections Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Work Location: Chapultepec, Cuernavaca, Mor. Cuernavaca Centro, Centro, Cuernavaca, Mor. Responsibilities: Provide information and advisory services to customers seeking car pawn loans, identifying customer needs. Perform physical / aesthetic / mechanical appraisals of vehicles. Transport vehicles for safekeeping/customer delivery. Conduct audits of vehicles received in pawn, follow up on findings and observations from inspections.
