Job Summary: We are seeking a Flutter Developer with solid experience in cross-platform mobile development, focused on building scalable and efficient applications. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with UI/UX teams and participation throughout the entire development lifecycle **Flutter Developer (iOS / Android) – On-site in CDMX** We are looking for a Flutter Developer with strong experience in cross-platform mobile development, focused on building scalable, efficient, and high-quality applications. Responsibilities: * Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart * Design and implement clean and scalable architectures (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX) * Integrate with backend services (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) * Manage local storage (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences) * Optimize performance (memory, battery, speed) * Collaborate with UI/UX teams * Participate in the full development lifecycle: estimation, development, testing, and deployment * Publish apps on the App Store and Google Play * Maintain, continuously improve, and resolve incidents * Generate technical documentation Required Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter (production apps) * Proficiency in Dart * Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) * Integration with native code via Platform Channels * Proficiency with tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Git (GitFlow) * Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON * Knowledge of testing (unit, widget, integration) * Experience deploying and publishing apps on App Store Connect and Google Play Console Desirable Qualifications: * Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin/Java * Experience with Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications) * Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic) * Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications * Basic backend knowledge (Node.js, Python, etc.) * Participation in open-source projects * Knowledge of algorithms Conditions: * Minimum experience: 3 years * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs (flexibility to rotate shifts) * Work mode: On-site * Location: CDMX Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
