Education: Computer Systems intern, recent graduate, or incomplete degree Experience: PC, Laptop and Printer maintenance, Office software proficiency, Customer service, Internal customer support Responsibilities: Assist the Call Center, provide support and service to external and internal customers Skills: Results-oriented, Adaptability to change, Work under pressure, Proactive, Analytical.
