As a VA, you will work in an insurance environment handling customer service, quotes, data entry, and similar tasks typically sought in Property and Casualty insurance support roles. **Job Description** This is a remote position. * Assist customers with policy inquiries and service needs * Handle incoming and outgoing calls * Support or complete personal or commercial line quotes * Review coverages and assist with renewals * Data entry, documentation, and updates in CRM/AMS * Provide excellent customer service, follow-ups, and relationship building * Work closely with agency owners, producers, or account managers **Requirements** * **U.S. Property & Casualty insurance license to sell and administer policies** * Customer service experience * **Professional remote operations** * Call, data, and support management, etc. * **Advanced English and Advanced Spanish** Soft Skills * Clear and effective verbal and written communication * Customer-oriented approach * Problem-solving ability * Adaptability and quick learning * Responsibility Knowledge and Experience * **It is mandatory to hold a U.S. Property & Casualty insurance license to sell and administer policies in any state** * Major plus: Prior experience in the insurance industry (ideally in Property & Casualty), either in customer service, quoting, policy renewal, or administrative support. * Interest in learning and working in the insurance industry * Plus: Experience with CRM/AMS systems * Customer service experience in U.S. markets, preferably involving phone interactions.
