




Assist cooks in food preparation, maintaining quality and presentation standards of dishes, complying with the Distintivo H regulations. * Rotate food in assigned refrigerators and place them in properly labeled and dated containers. * Check the taste, temperature, and appearance of all foods. * Prepare and submit basic food requisitions to the Sous Chef. * Prevent food spoilage and contamination by practicing proper hygiene in accordance with company policies and regulations from the Secretariat of Health and Assistance. * Keep the assigned station in optimal conditions of cleanliness and operation. * The cook must be familiar with menus, ingredients, cooking methods, and preparation times for all foods during the assigned shift. * Quality, timeliness, and presentation of prepared dishes. * Timely and accurate preparation of food requisitions. * Hygienic handling of food. * Order and cleanliness at the assigned station. * Discipline and respect toward superiors, punctuality. * Preparation of requisitions.
