Prepares economic proposals for public and private tenders. Unit Price Analyst (Public Works) Education * Architecture or Civil Engineering. Professional degree and license are mandatory. Responsibilities * Develop detailed unit prices in accordance with item catalogs, technical specifications, and drawings. * Break down direct costs: materials, labor, machinery, tools, and transportation. * Conduct market research to validate input and service pricing. * Calculate indirect costs, profit, financing, and additional charges according to contract type. * Prepare economic proposals for public and private tenders. * Maintain up-to-date unit price databases reflecting market changes. * Review and adjust unit prices during project execution based on actual conditions. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in unit price analysis, budgeting, and tendering. * AutoCAD * Knowledge of construction materials * Quotations * Drawing preparation and drawing reading * Neodata.
