PROHIRING Consulting is seeking a **REVIT MEP MODELER** for an on-site position in Coyoacán, CDMX. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field. * 1+ years of experience in reading MEP and/or special installation drawings. * 1+ years of experience in generating schedules of modeled elements. * 1+ years of experience in producing floor plans, sections, and isometric drawings from the modeled data. * 1+ years of experience in creating filters within a BIM model. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit is essential. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Modeling of MEP and/or special installations for infrastructure projects, shopping malls, retail stores, large corporate buildings, and/or business-class hotels using BIM methodology. * Creation of BIM models developed from LOD 100 to LOD 350. * Comprehensive modeling integrating architectural and structural information within the assigned project. * Generating documentation from the created model (drawings), including details and schedules. * On-site office work. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary negotiable between $13,500 and $15,000.00 net. * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM), Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
