Position Summary: Ensure microbiological and regulatory compliance in processes, controlled areas, and products, guaranteeing adherence to NOM-241 and Good Manufacturing Practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the microbiological laboratory and environmental monitoring 2. Ensure sanitary and documentary compliance 3. Coordinate microbiological investigations and corrective actions Microbiology Manager Ensure microbiological and regulatory compliance in processes, controlled areas, and products, guaranteeing adherence to NOM\-241 and Good Manufacturing Practices. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Chemical-Biological fields, Microbiology, or related disciplines. * Minimum 3 years of experience in microbiology within a regulated industry. * Knowledge of: * NOM\-241\-SSA1 * Environmental monitoring * Microbiological testing and sterility * Deviation investigations and CAPA * Audits and document control Responsibilities * Supervise the microbiological laboratory and environmental monitoring. * Ensure sanitary and documentary compliance. * Coordinate microbiological investigations and corrective actions. * Participate in audits and continuous improvement.
