Position Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer and Operator with experience in CNC lathes, Mastercam, and SolidWorks to manufacture parts for the industry, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction. Proficiency in precision tools and measuring instruments We are a Mexican company with 40 years in the market, dedicated to manufacturing and repairing spare parts and machinery for the Pharmaceutical Chemical, Veterinary, Food, and Cosmetic industries. We are looking for a CNC Programmer and Operator. **The candidate must possess knowledge to operate and program CNC LATHES with GSK control, precision tools, and measuring instruments; read engineering drawings; and troubleshoot problems.** Must be proficient in Mastercam and SolidWorks. Programming of machining centers applying continuous improvement to our processes, ensuring operational compliance to meet customer requirements while adhering to the company’s current standards and procedures, always maintaining a cost-reduction focus in processes and materials. Review the manufacturing schedule and program machining operations; generate NC programs to transmit data to numerically controlled machines. Determine cutting speeds, feed rates, and depths of cut for various tools involved in the machining process. Properly back up information onto an external hard drive. **Manufacture diverse parts from stainless steel and certain food-grade plastics; knowledge of industrial maintenance required** WE OFFER: Salary commensurate with your experience and the sector’s average salary.
