Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the department’s restructuring, optimizing costs, managing suppliers, and coordinating a team to align procurement activities with business needs. Coordinate a team and ensure operational efficiency We are looking for a **Procurement Manager** to lead the **department’s restructuring**, ensuring efficient supplier management, compliance with policies and processes, as well as cost and time optimization aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and negotiate with suppliers (packaging materials and other inputs). * Implement, monitor, and improve procurement policies and processes. * Lead and coordinate a team of **4 employees**. * Plan and execute the **Procurement Department restructuring project**. * Monitor and control procurement activities through **ERP (Business Central)**. * Report directly to the General Management. * Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and internal guidelines. * Maintain constant communication with key internal departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce or related field (with or without degree certification). * **Minimum experience:** * 5 years in similar roles * 3 years specifically in procurement * **Advanced English (mandatory)**. * Experience working with **ERP** systems. * Strong organizational skills and strict adherence to processes. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Experience in structuring and launching departments. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Effective negotiation with suppliers. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Strategic thinking and results orientation. **Compensation Package** * **Salary:** $43,264 gross monthly. * **Benefits:** * 15-day year-end bonus. * 25% vacation bonus. * Meal vouchers: $1,500 per month. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance (individual). * Life insurance.
