**Position Description:** At Grupo Balle, we are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented Bidding Analyst to serve as the right-hand support to our Bidding Leader. You will be responsible for analyzing bidding terms, compiling flawless documentation packages, and managing procedures on government platforms to ensure effective participation in public procurement processes. If you enjoy organization, well-structured documents, meeting deadlines, and navigating government platforms without losing your calm—this position is for you. **Responsibilities**: * \* Analyze bidding terms and extract key requirements. * \* Compile administrative, legal, tax, and technical documentation files. * \* Manage registrations, renewals, and procedures on supplier platforms (including Compranet). * \* Develop compliance matrices, schedules, and executive reports. * \* Maintain up-to-date document validity periods and repositories. * \* Request and coordinate information with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Management. * \* Monitor bidding calls and opportunities aligned with the group’s portfolio. **Requirements**: * \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in government bidding or procurement. * \* Essential knowledge of Compranet and state/municipal platforms. * \* Intermediate Excel skills: filters, pivot tables, data validation. * \* Proficiency in tax, legal, and administrative documents. * \* High level of organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. * \* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous projects. **We Offer**: * \* Monthly net salary of $15,000 to $18,000. * \* Job stability and professional growth within the department. * \* Training in public procurement processes and platforms. * \* Professional, collaborative, and results-driven work environment. * \* Opportunity for advancement to Bidding Coordinator.
