




**Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Financial Operations \& Data Analyst, a highly analytical, autonomous individual with critical thinking skills and expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, capable of interpreting complex information, improving processes, and enhancing the operational accuracy of the department. This role is key to professionalizing administrative workflows, strengthening financial decision-making, and ensuring clarity in credit management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and strategic reporting. **ResponsibilitiesFinancial and Credit Analysis** * Evaluate credit applications and perform risk analysis using financial criteria. * Manage recovery and restructuring of overdue credits (principal \+ interest). * Develop simple financial models for payment, interest, and maturity projections. **Excel/Sheets — Advanced/Expert Level** * Flawless command of advanced functions: INDEX \+ MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, LET, FILTER, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards, and basic automation. * Data cleaning, validation, and database structuring. * Creation of automated reports for tracking financial KPIs. **AP / AR – Control and Optimization** * Record, track, and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and payments. * Perform advanced bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies. * Manage delinquent portfolio and collections, with weekly executive reports. * Negotiate with suppliers and closely follow up with customers for balance recovery. **Processes and Continuous Improvement** * Map existing processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency. * Identify areas of risk or inefficiency in administrative workflows and correct them. * Standardize reports, naming conventions, and internal controls. * Implement best practices in data entry, validation, and analysis. **Communication and Interdisciplinary Collaboration** * Close coordination with administration, finance, suppliers, and customers. * Clear presentation of analyses and insights to management. * Ability to document processes and train others when necessary. **RequirementsEducation / Experience** * Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial, analytical, OPEX, or administrative control roles. * Solid experience in AP, AR, credit management, and reconciliations. **Technical Skills** * Advanced to expert level in Excel/Sheets, with demonstrable expertise. * Strong knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, and CFDIs. * Experience with ERPs, administrative software, or financial control systems. **Soft Skills** * Exceptional analytical ability and data-driven thinking. * Extreme precision in data entry and review. * Proactivity, initiative, and process improvement capability. * Ability to work under pressure and multitask with high quality. * Clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
