Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst for a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse, responsible for documenting operations, reviewing documentation, and supporting inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation and review of warehouse operations 2. Preparation of traceability, batch records, and invoicing 3. Support in warehouse and inventory areas Pharmaceutical distribution company requires: Operations Analyst for pharmaceutical distribution warehouse **Requirements**: \- Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields (Intern or Graduate) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is mandatory, and ERP systems (Odoo) \- Responsible, committed, team-oriented, flexible, analytical / detail-oriented, personnel management skills, leadership. **Responsibilities**: \- Document warehouse operations \- Review shipping and receiving documentation \- Prepare traceability records, batch records, and related documentation \- Perform order picking and invoicing processes \- Enter invoices into the system \- Provide support in the warehouse and inventory areas \*\*\*\* Statutory benefits and food vouchers Employment type: Full-time, probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
