Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant with no prior experience to perform various tasks including cleaning, maintenance, and support activities in the workshop, with opportunities for career development and growth. Stable employment *Company located in* ***CHALCO, STATE OF MEXICO*** **HIRING: GENERAL ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Ages 19 to 28. * Must reside in Chalco, Tlalmanalco, or surrounding areas. * Interest in learning how to operate machines and tools. * **No experience required** * Must have flexible availability regarding working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Workshop cleaning, primarily common areas: restrooms, cafeteria, courtyard. * Cleaning of machinery, offices, and production area (dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping). * Assistance with preventive maintenance of equipment (cleaning, lubrication, etc.). * General tasks such as weeding the courtyard, cutting materials, loading/unloading materials, sanding, painting, lubricating, polishing, deburring parts, etc. **WE OFFER:** * ***Starting salary: $2,000 weekly (increasing to $2,200 after probation period).*** * ***Statutory benefits*** * ***Overtime pay*** * ***Stable employment*** * ***Career development and growth in conventional or CNC machine operations.*** * Workplace located 10 minutes from Tlalmanalco. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:50 PM.
