In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping intuitive and effective digital products by owning the UX design process from strategy to delivery. You'll drive cross\-functional collaboration, ensure design excellence, and help define the user experience while working with a global team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead UX Strategy \& Execution: Drive the UX process for various projects, evaluating and optimizing its effectiveness over time, and ensuring the seamless delivery of design artifacts. * Design Ownership: Own the creation and management of high\-level design timelines, from rapid sketching and wireframing to detailed mockups. * Information Architecture: Develop information architecture diagrams to document new workflows and hierarchies, ensuring clarity for project teams. * Collaborative Design: Create design mockups for new products, leveraging existing UX patterns and components while also defining new patterns for cutting\-edge problems. * Cross\-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross\-functional project leads to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints. * Mentorship \& Growth: Contribute to the growth of your team by sharing expertise and fostering their soft and hard skills, emphasizing the importance of process optimization over rigid tool adherence. ### **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience building digital software or applications in a UX designer role. * Deep expertise in one or more UX disciplines such as Product Design, UX Strategy, Interaction Design, Content Strategy, User Research, or Front\-End Development. * Background in UX Design with relevant education (course certifications or a degree). * Strong English communication skills across all formats (in\-person, written, video) for effective collaboration with international teams and clients. * Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma. * Demonstrated ability to work with pre\-existing design patterns and assets while possessing the creativity to define new design solutions. * Proven initiative in driving projects forward to completion. * Positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple fast\-paced products with different project teams concurrently. * A quick learner with a proactive approach to asking questions and ensuring thorough understanding. **Nice to Have:** * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ### **Benefits and Perks** **Location:** Guadalajara,Jalisco, Mexico (Hybrid) **Benefits and Perks** ***Perks you enjoy at KMS Mexico*** * Mexican law benefits * 15 days of PTO (in year zero, from the first year onwards it is 3 days per year). * 5 days' leave for the death of immediate family members, negotiable. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance with coverage for immediate dependents (spouse and children).
