SSA Marine México is seeking **Vessel Operations Assistants** to support **container and/or automobile loading and unloading activities**, vessel maneuvers, stowage, and lashing, ensuring safety and efficiency during embarkation and disembarkation operations. **Position Objective** Assist the Vessel Supervisor in the proper execution of operations by interpreting operational documentation, identifying damages or discrepancies, and ensuring appropriate use of human and material resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Support vessel loading and unloading operations. * Execute shipment, embarkation, and unit entry processes using handheld devices. * Interpret and mark operational documentation for process control. * Visually identify damages or discrepancies in units or containers. **Required Profile** * Minimum education: Secondary school / High school diploma * Desired experience in yard operations, logistics, or ports * Basic knowledge of systems or handheld devices (desirable) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Teamwork, responsibility, and adherence to procedures **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits * Training, job stability, and professional growth. * Opportunity for development within port operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
